ChildCare Education Institute (CCEI) has announced that it will offer free access to its professional development library on May 6. In honor of Provider Appreciation Day, early childhoodteachers will be able to enroll in six online courses at no cost to themselves.
CCEI is a nationally accredited distance learning institution that specializes in training and development for early childhood teachers and service providers. National Provider Appreciation Day is a way to recognize individuals who specialize in early childhood education, and CCEI has stated its commitment to supporting this occasion and giving thanks to teachers by offering complimentary courses.
Ongoing professional development is "a large part of maintaining an educated childcare workforce and online training is one way to meet this goal," said Maria C. Taylor, the president and CEO of CCEI. "Access to the professional development library for Provider Appreciation Day is our way of giving thanks."
CCEI encourages all early childhood teachers and providers to enroll in a course. To register, educators can select Take a Trial Course on the organization's website and enter PROVIDE11.
